Who We Want

Our ideal Patient Advocate is searching for a case management-style position in a growing healthcare company. In this role, the Patient Advocate will apply their strong interpersonal skills while working on a dynamic, growing team of professionals with various backgrounds. A successful Patient Advocate will embrace challenging and high-impact cases where you will have the opportunity to work with patients from various education and economic backgrounds. You would approach this career determined to directly contribute to overall company goals and growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Our Patient Advocate will handle and manage patient cases and accounts from start to finish. Advocates negotiate with health care providers and billing offices in an effort to reduce the patient-responsible portion of bills through various means. Our Patient Advocates communicate via phone and email daily with plan members, healthcare providers, billing offices, hospitals and others to achieve established personal and company monthly and annual performance metrics.
